A participating company is committed to pay an Honoree fee only when a Nominee is selected as an Honoree. Companies whose Nominee/s are confirmed as an Honoree are required to pay an Early Bird fee of  $3,000 per Honoree if the nominations are submitted by Dec 9, 2016. The fee is  $3,500 for submissions received after December 9, 2016 and on or before January 20, 2017. The Honoree fee comes with a table for 10 at the awards dinner. This fee is to recognize the company’s investment in the YWCA’s mission of empowering women and how that aligns with their company’s vision and priority.

YWCA Silicon Valley will contact the nominators/ company representatives to process the fees once the Honorees have been announced. Many companies extend their level of investment by becoming an event sponsor. Information regarding sponsorship opportunities will be also be sent to companies following notification of an Honoree selection.
